About Me

The Core Fitness Gym was created on the basis of health, nutrition, fitness and FUN. We believe in a gym where the clients health is entirely taking consideration. Our trainers engaged clients and keep clients motivated in a high energy fun environment while also learning about nutrition.

Everyone wants to get fit but not everyone can give you the tools and education to help you remain fit and healthy with out starvation diets or sacrificing things that you enjoy doing in your everyday life. Core Fitness personal trainers are specially trained in Boot camp training, Circuit training, Aerobic Training, Flexibility training, High Intensity Training (H.I.T), Strength Training, and Yoga Training.

We also offer one-on-one personal training where the trainer can design a training regiment especially for each individual client. My clients can expect to have fun be educated about nutrition, eating habits, refeed meals all while losing weight and toning. As a personal training I’m here to simply here to bring out the best in each and every client and work with them on their individual strengths and strengthen their weaknesses.
