My name is Hayley, I am a former 400m/800m runner out of San Diego. I trained insanely hard to achieve a full-ride scholarship to a D1 school, something I never thought was possible. Although I had much success in high school, I failed to compete in college due to injury. I left the sport with a heavy heart, but a new mission in mind. I wanted to inspire, motivate, and encourage others to exceed their goals. New Wave Athletics is designed to work with athletes of all skills and ages. -I work with high school student-athletes, preparing them for college athletics, connecting them with coaches, and assist with the finite details of staying on track to achieve numerous scholarship opportunities. - I work with EX-ATHLETE that may have let themselves get too busy with work and personal life. I will show you how it is, in fact, possible to still maintain great shape and juggle a hefty work/personal life. - I also work with the NEW ATHLETE. The one that wants to see a change in their life. The one that wants to be inspired on a consistent basis and put in great work to receive AMAZING results. I train out of Self Made Training Facility San Diego, a private gym only used by personal trainers and coaches. There are no membership fees, no crazy busy gym scene, and no year-long contracts. Allowing you and I to focus on you and YOUR goals. I am Personal Training Certified by NCCPT, I have my Bachelor's of Science in Leadership, as well as a few other coaching and training certifications. With my credentials, experience, and passion, I am determined to make a difference in people's lives.

I train with high intensity. I combine cardiovascular abilities (cardio), strength training, and flexibility all into one workout. We start each workout with a thorough warm-up, begin to put in work while your heart rate is elevated, and finish with burnout sessions that will tone you up efficiently.
I trained an ex-collegiate tennis player that ruptured both wrists. She came to me looking for a routine that would allow her to stay fit without hurting her wrists further.
