My name is Hayle. I've been training for about 4 years now. I have certifications in personal training and exercise therapy. I'm currently enrolled in school, getting my degree in exercise science. I'm also in the Texas Army National Guard as a parachute rigger. Training people is my passion and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I do in-home personal training sessions, as well as in-home small group sessions.

My complete attention will be yours. I will never throw you into anything until I am sure that your form is correct. I will teach you everything I know, in hopes that you will learn from me. I will push you to your limits and then some, because I know the potential you have. All I ask is that you work hard in return. Programming will be designed to your specific needs and I can always modify exercises if you have any injuries that bother you.
When one of my clients first came to me for training, she was trying to get ready for her wedding and wanted to lose weight. She was a bit timid, because she didn't know how to do many basic movements, which was perfectly fine. She started training in January and by the time her wedding rolled around in May, she was moving through the workouts like an athlete would. On her wedding day she told me that she had lost 20 pounds! She looked absolutely beautiful and I couldn't have been prouder of her; she worked hard and was always ready to go when we worked out, she never missed a workout and she pushed herself harder than most people I have ever trained. Her success was because SHE took those tools and used them.
