I use a holistic approach catering to every individual’s specific needs in order to achieve their goals. I believe in educating clients on how to train and guide clients through training sessions to improve and optimize their health, fitness and wellbeing. I use different methods and techniques and implement my vast knowledge and skill set that are required with every unique client to help them achieve life changing results. My sessions include all types of exercises and movements as well as advice, recommendations and information on lifestyle along with nutrition plans. When I train clients I use a methodical and technical approach and create tailored workout routines and training programs that are specific to each client's needs and goals in order to help them achieve results quickly, safely and effectively.

Client Success Story

A six week body fat reduction of 5 percent and an overall weight loss of 12 lbs to a client whose goal was to lose 3 percent in three months to achieve his goal of getting back to his optimal condition after being out of training for four months due to a cruciate ligament injury sustained from a rugby injury.

A muscle mass increase of 9 kg in seven months to a client whose goal was to gain 6 kg of muscle mass in one year. The main objective was to improve the health of their immune system after they were suffering from various ailments and illnesses linked to low muscle mass levels as diagnosed by a doctor.

Increasing the self-esteem of a client who had low self esteem and no aspirations to socialise. After training with me for 10 months increased confidence levels and physical postural changes were made. The most rewarding part was being personally thanked for improving their quality of life.
