About Me

First of all, I come to you. I don't use facilities unless it is in your building. I meet at your home or any outdoor location you prefer.

Training is life for me. I've been a weightlifter since I was 15 and I've been a professional personal trainer for 18 years now. I've had clients ranging in age from 5 to 93. I've seen every injury and surgery imaginable and learned to safely work my clients through them. Many of my current clients have been with me for a decade or longer. A lot can happen in that much time and I've helped them maintain a healthy lifestyle through their ups and downs. I currently have 2 Beverly Hills doctors, an endocrinologist and a cardiologist, who have seen my training and the results it brings and trust referring their patients to me. Whatever your fitness goals may be, I will help you get there and make sure you have plenty of fun along the way!

What to Expect

First of all, I come to you. I don't use facilities unless it is in your building. I meet at your home or any outdoor location you prefer.

I've learned that no two people (clients) are the same so every session is different. Some people prefer a calm and quiet workout and others prefer more of a "bootcamp" style workout. I am a chameleon and will change my style to please my client. Every workout is tailored to the specific client and I'm their to push them and keep the risk of injury to a minimum.
