Hi, my name is Hannah. I'm so glad you've taken the chance to learn more or begin training to improve your body, mind, and soul! Fitness is a part of my life and I am passionate about helping others become a better version of themselves through healthy eating, dieting, cardiovascular, resistance, and strength training. I spend about 4-5 days a week working out, and hours researching ensuring I stay up to date to better serve you! On this journey we will face some hardships and struggles, but no worries! I'll be right there along the way to help you overcome any self doubt, low self esteem, and any other mental or physical barriers that we may stumble upon. So act now! It is never too late to start taking better care of your mind, body, and spirit!

If we are in an online or private session there are different expectations, in private session we will work in a gym, set up goals for the day and go through our exercises. I will assess form, resistance, heart rate and more. Online I write weekly programming that allows a weekly check in point where we can assess whats working and what isn't and goals going forward. The program is flexible based off how many times an individual can workout with their current schedule. We’re all on our own journeys, mentally physically, financially, and emotionally. My goal isn’t to just build muscle, or shed weight for my clients.
