About Me

Nice to meet you! I'm Haelyn, an Atlanta, Ga based personal trainer, nutrition coach, lifestyle coach, and group fitness instructor. With over three years of experience training I've become highly skilled at helping people of all ages and backgrounds achieve their fitness goals from weight loss to bodybuilding to sports performance training. My niches are classic bodybuilding, weight loss, booty building, and endurance training (running). I love to lead group fitness classes as well. I also specialize in building custom nutrition/meal plans tailored specifically to you and your diet. Finally, as a lifestyle coach I help you target and eliminate the negative aspects of your life and help you learn how to create your healthiest and happiest lifestyle. My biggest philosophy through all of my training is to empower and educate those whom are entrusting me with changing their lives so that they can live their healthiest life possible even after our time together has ended. All of my workouts, and meal plans are scientifically backed and proven to work. I never stop educating myself so that I can better help you.

What to Expect

I wouldn't say I have a 'typical' training session as I train people from all walks of life. However, an example of a session for someone looking to lose weight would be 5 minute stretch followed by 30 minutes of weights, 20 minutes of HIIT cardio and then 5 minutes of abs or a cool down.
