Hello, my name is Gwen and I am the owner of Treasured Footsteps Fitness. I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I enjoy working with people and helping them to meet their fitness goals. I strive to give my clients a workout that is geared toward their needs and where they will see results. I specialize in working with older adults on weight loss, toning, cardio and fall prevention. Training can be provided in my facility in Chino or in the comfort of your home.

What to Expect

I provide my clients with an overall workout which includes, cardio, strength training, balance and stretch. I provide a friendly atmosphere. Training includes a fitness plan, start-up kit and nutrition counseling.
