My name is Guerby certified international personal trainer that located in the cape Mass . I have been trained for a decades from athletes , bodybuilders and regular life style clients . As a trainer is my duty to assess my clients bodily strengths and weaknesses and create customized workout plans. Then provide physical and mental guidance and monitor the progress on a regular basis. However to make sure my customers having a great time while training I implemented different sort of exercises such as battle ropes , boxing combinations as a cardio ,TRX and resistance band for core workout for my outdoor training . As for the gym session it will be focus on weight training and all sort of variations to improve your physique . Looking forward to hear from you
