Hello my name is Gregory and I've been involved in some type of sports training since the age of 4 . I am now 32 and throughout the years I have accumulated tons of knowledge. Through my experience I have been in peak conditions where I could 5 miles and bench press 345 lbs but I have also suffered and recovered from injury. My injuries inspired me to return to school and further my education of the body and it's mechanics. I am currently continuing my education to further increase my knowledge and experience to better serve all those I am blessed to share with. I'm always excited, enthused, and eager to change lives. I can't wait to meet and work with you all.
