My work is evidence-based personal training meaning that I will use my expertise and start with a game plan. Every month we will update your personal metrics (weight, body fat %, etc) and figure out a way to address issues that have not adapted properly to the training. Not every strategy will work for every client and I want to find the best for each person and intervene quickly with a plan-B. What I enjoy most about my job is being personally engaged and having a meaningful relationship with every client I work with. Sometimes I have an opportunity to work with a client multiple times a week and sometimes just once. Both of these types of clients I learn from and educate them on how to live better, that is my favorite part of my job.

Our first session/body assessment is FREE and takes about an hour. We'll chat a bit just to get to know each other, I'll ask questions about your health, injuries and previous fitness experiences. I'll ask you to perform some simple exercises to determine your physical readiness. For our next session, I'll have a personalized workout plan for you. Every session is going to be a bit different, I like to introduce new exercises every time. Exercises include free weights, cardio, TRX, corrective exercises, kettlebells, cable pullies, elastic bands, stretching, body weight exercises etc. which will be customized depending on your level of fitness and goals.
