It's not about whether or not you can do it, it's a matter of figuring out how to do it in a way that works for you. We'll work with you to make sure your program works around your injuries and accounts for your goals. We take into account the frequency of your training and chat with you about diet. 5-10 min: Injury prevention active warm-up - allows us to check-in on how your feeling 40-50 min: Result-oriented workout - the meat of the workout (or green veggies for the vegans) 5-10 min: Recovery enhancing cool-down - we often use bonus time for extra core work
I enjoy any client who takes accountability. Few come in with it, but I take a lot of pride if he/she leaves with it. I don't want to claim any of my clients' success stories as my own because they belong to them. I show them the path, but it's up to them to walk it.

Great workouts and exceptional motivatior
Greg is very knowledgeable about all things fitness and is always able to answer my questions and provide me with useful advice. He was able to create an exercise plan that fits both my schedule and my abilities. I've already lost several pounds and feel much better about myself since working with Greg. Five stars!!
I had a few training sessions with Greg just before he left the city and he was able to set me up with a tailor made routine geared towards my workout goals and schedule. In addition, the gym sessions where he was able to check my form were extremely useful since I have been going to the gym for years and unknowingly, I had adopted some bad habits. Greg was able to correct my form and motivate me to push through those last few reps in a safe manner.
Greg was also able to provide a detailed list for food suggestions and help determine what my macro breakdown should be for my goals.
Months later, I have been able to keep the motivation to continue my workout routines as I continue to see changes in my body. I am seeing better muscle definition and an increase in strength.
I would highly recommend Greg as a personal trainer if you're looking to get out of a rut of a routine and need some variety or even if you're just starting out and need motivation and someone to check your form.
Greg has been the best trainer I have ever worked with. I started following Greg's routines with building strength and mass as goals. He was able to custom make a routine and diet that allowed me to make noticeable gains in the weight room and in the mirror, without having to make too many sacrifices.
