I have been personal training for about 4 years now. I graduated from Iowa State with a degree in Exercise Science and am also ACE certified. I have a passion for fitness and have helped many clients reach their fitness goals in my 4 years of training.
American Counsil on Exercise
A client can expect the first 5-10 minutes to be a dynamic warm up period, the majority of the session 40- 50 minutes will be weights, trx and other functional movements, with the last 5-10 min as a cool down and stretch period. I will also review the clients nutrition every session and check in to see of he or she is making progress.
I am currently working with a 66 year old male who has lost 50 pounds Training with me in 4 months. He also has multiple joint problems that have gotten better through corrective exercises during our training sessions. I have countless other clients that have achieved weight loss goals from 10 all the way to 100 lbs!
