My name is Graham and I am a 15 year veteran of the fitness industry. I have a degree in exercise and sport science from Fitchburg State University and over 15 years experience training clients of all ages and backgrounds. I also hold a national certification in strength and conditioning. Along with a degree and certifications I teach two nationally accredited certification programs and have been doing so for 7 years.

A typical training session will consist of a comprehensive warm up, a specific movement based resistance training workout of progressive sets and ever changing intensities, coupled with a range of motion program and cardiovascular conditioning. Most sessions range from 30-45 minutes and aspects of nutrition and supplementation can be discussed if desired.
