Hi, my name is Grace. I am certified ACSM - CPT with a BA in exercise science, but I am more than this certification and degree. I have a passion for healthy living and helping others to find it within them to stay motivated and dedicated to working on themselves. This is more than a personal training session for me, I build relationships with my clients to learn about what works for them and what doesn't. I truly want to help you change your life through fitness, nutrition and working on YOU.
ACSM
A typical training session can last 30 minutes to 60 minutes and it will all depend on your goals and how you are feeling that day. You can usually expect a combination of free weights, cables, bands & body weight exercises with functional movement patterns. I will push you but I am not here to work you so hard you can't move. Sessions will include warm up, cardio circuit, strength movements & cool down/stretching.
Jennifer - Came to me about a year ago doing mostly cardio and trying to not eat any carbs. After talking with Jennifer and learning about her body we started a macro plan along with a weight training plan. Jennifer immediately noticed a difference in her energy levels and strength, she couldn't believe that she could be eating more but also losing weight. Jennifer does strength training 4 days/week and has decreased her cardio while increasing her food intake.
