I started training when I was 17. I became serious when I was 20 years of age and on the brink of diabetes. I’ve trained in a variety of fitness styles honing on my favorites which are strength training and conditioning specializing in weight loss. I too fight the good fight of wanting to eat great food and staying fit. I’ve developed a sure fire plan over the past five years that has helped me accomplish my goals.
