45 to 50 minutes of training (depending on the clients condition) with the remaining time to warm up and cool down. I prefer more movements that transfer to every day life and cause less pain on joints and ligaments. What is the point of looking good if you can't feel good? Instead of doing training created in the 1970's learn the healthier and faster ways to improve fitness while maintaining a healthy body.
I have had many clients with extremely successful weight loss stories but my favorite stories are the clients who are injured and think they can't be strong again. From my own personal injury history I tend to surprise these injured clients with how much they can actually still do. Nothing is more relieving knowing you can overcome injuries that hold you back from not only doing what you love but to feel and look great.
