I grew up enthralled with athletics, starting tackle football and lacrosse in fifth grade, and continuing with those sports from then on. I am recognized for my ability to diagnose client’s muscular imbalance during movement patterns. I can diagnostically tweak a result yielding, corrective strength program for anyone, whether it is a desk jockey, an athlete, or a girl who has yet to learn that weights won’t make her bulky. I possess the ability to increase strength and speed while emphasizing spinal health and proper neuromuscular function through the kinetic chain. I am a certified personal trainer, N.A.S.M performance enhancement specialist and certified by Precision Nutrition: essentials of sports nutrition. I have in-depth knowledge of optimizing nutritional supplementation based on the immediate need of the client. I was recognized, at a previous gym, as a top trainer nationally while selling packages to clients who continue to work with me.

A typical training session consists of a dynamic warm up, activation of muscles necessary to properly move safely and efficiently. From there the focus is on one of the major compound lifts followed by attacking weak points seen in the lift to give you strength both bilaterally and unilaterally. Sessions are typically finished with high-intensity endurance methods to burn extra body fat at the end. Usually you will be asked to work on some things on your own at home such as stretches, light workouts and will recieve guidance towards other goals.
I have had multiple clients with spinal injuries who with work have been able to avoid surgery and feel strong again. One of the most memorable though is a client who hated working out at age 43 coming back from a full Achilles tear. Two years later he is still training stronger and more fit than ever before with no pain or notice of his previous injury.
