My Experience : Running a company full time isn’t easy. My schedule requires a lot of attention and time. I don’t always get a lot of time to work on my physical health, I needed to make the most out of the time I was able to access during my day. George was amazing for being understanding and accommodating our routine into his also busy schedule. Every time I left a workout with George I felt I had given my honest best. Not only did I feel better physically but mentally I felt a lot healthier. Around 90 days into our routine I saw results and they were addictive. I decided to step up my game by also having him write up a meal plan and workout routine for when I was out of town and that also helped me a lot.
I get the most out of our 1 on 1 interactions. His positive energy helps push me to my absolute best. He believed that I could (if I put in the work) get the results I wanted. As long as I was consistent and honest (about my diet) I was guaranteed to get the results I asked for. I look forward to working with George more and seeing what the future holds. I’m a realist and this works. If it didn’t I wouldn’t continue to work with George. I know I’ve made a great choice and I recommend to give this young gentleman a try.
