Hi, my name is Gene. I'd like to introduce myself by saying I am a 22-year-old personal trainer based out of Los Angeles and I'm here to help you achieve your fitness goals and feel confident in your own skin. I have a few years of experience with training different body types so i know what it takes to transform a body and develop a mindset which allows you to adhere to your goals. I love to listen to people and their stories on why they want to achieve certain fitness goals and from there we come up with a solution to get you to your goals with the proper training tailored to your body type and goals.
