About Me

My name is Gavin. I am a student-athlete who played college football at Texas A&M University from 2010-2014. Throughout those years I received plenty of awards that include: Texas A&M Scout Team Player of the year, Big 12 Defensive End Freshman Team, and Texas A&M Defensive Player of the year. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a focus in Leadership and Development and am currently receiving a masters in Business at the University of Houston. At the University of Houston I was a Third Team All Conference Defensive End. Fitness is exciting to me because I have been training since I was 5 years old, so fitness is life!

What to Expect

In my training sessions clients get what they ask or look for. My job is to give it to them with my great motivational and inspirational skills. Many people think they're going to work out alone, but in reality I am there not only to guide, but to be a partner, which takes a load off of people that have confidence issues.

Client Success Story

This spring while training for the NFL combine I had two partners that were both training for the same thing. One of the guys that I was a training with was overweight, medium flexibility and just out of shape. Within a month he trimmed down from 345 lbs to 330 lbs, but that's not the great part. Many people lose weight but the question is how does it look when you lose weight? Will people ask you if you look sick or will they say, "Oh my, you look great?" His body was toned out and he could move like he weighed 250 lbs. As a result, his confidence in himself increased tremendously and as a big guy he wasn't scared to take off his shirt when he was hot!
