Hey, my name is Gaston. I’m a trainer that focuses primarily on muscle building & weight loss. I have a NASM certificate as well as a degree in pre occupational therapy. My training method is a hybrid style of calisthenics (bodyweight training) & weightlifting.

I trained with a client who wanted to lose 40-50lbs. He previously worked with a different trainer and was unsure if he was going to make progress. After a few training sessions with me he said “I lit a fire in him” I helped him gain the motivation the drive, the will power to reach his goal. 4 months later he lost 40lbs.
