I really enjoy the challenge of staying fit. Taking on an excercise that is difficult and working at it till its second nature is something I really thrive on. I also, love helping someone that has that “ I Can” attitude. The sky is the limit on a untapped potential. To help someone find the combination to unlock who they really are is invaluable in my opinion.

A warmup of about 5 minutes ( foam roll, treadmill or bodyweight exercises, Jumping Jacks, Mountain Climbers) just getting body heat going. 45 Minutes of the main course of the training( Full Body or Body Part Training) 10 Minutes of cool down.
