Hi, my name is Garrett. Being overweight for most of life childhood, I found it difficult to exercise. I decided that I needed to make a change and the first step was to get healthier. When I was 15, my best friend brought me to the gym to work me out. I couldn't last 15 minutes before I wanted to give up and go back home, but I stuck with it. For the next 3 years, my friend became my trainer and taught me the basics of health, nutrition, and staying active/fit. The teachings that I learned over those 3 years are still with me today. My junior year of college, I trained a few of my friends just for fun and saw that overtime, their bodies started to change. They were getting compliments left and right and then it hit me... I am a good trainer and its something I can see myself doing for a living. After graduation, I went to work for my local gym for a couple of years, but then tried to go out on my own (with not too much success at first). So, I went back to my gym for a few more years still learning new ways to train myself and others. Fast forward to this past year. I am out on my own again building up my company name, while still learning different styles/techniques of training. Fitness is my life and with some hard work and dedication, success will surely follow.
A session with me can range from resistance training, to an all body weight workout. I always like to keep things interesting and ever changing.
