I worked with a severely deconditioned client to restore her basic functionality for 3 months. We worked carefully to bring her up to "0". It was truly gratifying for both of us when she no longer wobbled in a squat, could increase her arm weights, wanted to try bench step ups, and could handle a broader range of exercises in general. She was finally moving out of the deconditioned zone and able to gradually build lean muscle mass.
