Hi, my name is Gabriel. I have been involved in the field of physical preparation for 10 years. My specialization is preparing athletes for the needs of their sport. I have worked with sports that include football, baseball, basketball, soccer, track and field (sprints, jumps, and throws), softball, volleyball, boxing, wrestling, and various martial arts. Additionally, I am a competitive power lifter with an elite total and also have knowledge of Olympic lifting. I wrote for EliteFTS as a featured columnist and member of Team EliteFTS as well as other websites. In addition to training for sport, I have also worked with general population clients on goals such as weight loss and general fitness. I also have experience working with youth clients as young as 5-years-old and have previously worked as an elementary school physical education teacher. My experience in the field includes working full-time as a Division I strength and conditioning coach at multiple universities and also as a performance trainer at Parisi Speed School in New Jersey. I currently serve as the strength and conditioning coach for Hillsborough High School in Tampa, FL where I design and implement all aspects of the physical preparation for football.

All training is performed to work toward the goals that a client presents. This involves a needs analysis to design a coherent program that accounts for the individual characteristics of the client. Proper progressions are made to both challenge the client and also allow proper execution of all movements used in training. Clients are trained in a manner that is productive, efficient, and safe for their individual needs and goals.
I have trained multiple athletes that have gone to either earn scholarships or succeed in the college level. I also have trained teams such as George Mason University Track and Field who were CAA Conference Champions in 2010 including US Olympian David Verburg, George Mason University Women's Soccer who were CAA Conference Champions in 2010 and Hillsborough High School football who were district champions in 2012.
