I graduated from Miami University with a degree in health and sports studies and majored in exercise science. While in undergrad and grad school I worked as a full/part time fitness trainer. My background is in epidemiology, human physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition. Health is my passion and helping others achieve their full potential is something I constantly strive for. I am kind and respectful and always maintain a professional attitude.
My goal is sustainability. I will not develop a training regimen that is unrealistic or will only get you ready for beach season (or pool season since we live in Ohio). My aim is to help you better yourself and teach you how to develop a healthy lifestyle that will last you the rest of your life.
