I started my own personal training gym with one thought in mind, ensuring that my clients would feel the least amount of judgment. I have always had a very warm spot in my heart for personal training, but it really got awoken during my six years in the United States Air Force. I understand that there are so many options out there, but what sets me apart is that I actually believe in you. I believe in the movement of the human body that I actually got my Bachelors degree in exercise science just to ensure I can provide the best product possible. A typical training session starts with goal setting and or goal checking. This is where I sit down with you and help you track your fitness life goals! After, we get some vitals and start with the training plan that I have prepared for you! After we are done, I provide you with documentation on your statistics as well as a work out plan and little bits of encouragement throughout your week... It is a good time!
