Hi, my name is Fred. I started personal training while active duty in the United States Army. I've worked with individuals who were looking to lose weight as well as build muscle. I fell in love with it and decided to make it a career. I get complete enjoyment from helping people get into shape, reach their goals and achieve things they never thought possible. I'm looking forward to working with you and helping you reach your goals.
