Hi, my name is Fran. I was put inside a gym to lift at age 13 to improve my swimming performance as an athlete. Since then I've been in love with fitness and health. I've not only been extremely motivated to train myself but I'm very passionate about helping other people reach their goals. I have a strong background in weight loss and rehab and/or preventive rehab, as well as core and cardio training. The actual program always depends on the client's goals and needs.

It depends on the client's needs and goals, but typically it involves strength training with cardio intervals and always core work. I also provide nutritional help.
