Hi, my name is Farukh. Looking to get in shape? Lose weight? Improve your overall fitness? I can help! I implement bodyweight fitness, outdoor activities and sports, overall lifestyle change, resistance and cardio training, all to help you achieve your fitness goals. Sessions can be 1 on 1, or in groups if you want to workout with a partner. The rate is $50 per hour (1 hr minimum). Session can take place in the comfort of your own home or at the gym of your choosing. My clients also enjoy the outdoor activities such as biking, running or playing sports, such as tennis. The price includes an access to the app where you can track your progress, log in your workouts, your nutrition journal and where you can keep in contact with me, if you have any questions. Also, this app allows me to send you updated workouts for the days when you are working out by yourself. I love to see results and I know how to get them!
