Hi, my name is Evan. Being a competitive swimmer for 17 years, I've been involved with training and fitness for the majority of my life. Since the end of my collegiate career a few years ago I've transitioned from being trained to training others. Exercise science has become a huge part of who I am ever since I got my degree in this field in 2017. Since then I have become a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and am currently working on a masters degree in exercise science with a concentration in strength and conditioning.

Breaking the body down to focus on individual muscle groups, and how these muscle groups work together to facilitate movement, is paramount when trying to improve strength, tone, and muscle size. Everyone is born with the ability to move, and the best way to exercise, basically for any fitness goal, is to understand functional movements and train these movements.
Every client I have worked with in the past (Florida Southern College, University of South Florida gyms) have all gotten stronger, leaner, and healthier. A top priority of mine is to not only train clients, but ensure they understand the process by the end of our sessions.
