About Me

I am the owner and main trainer at Go Hard Athletics. I have been training for nine years in various mixed martial arts and decided early on that I wanted to bring my passion for fitness to others. While pursuing my career in MMA, I obtained my associates degree in General Studies from Bristol Community College, followed by my bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Bridgewater State University. I am a certified personal trainer by the American Council of Exercise, certified Kettlebell instructor from The National Personal Training Institute and am a qualified TRX Suspension trainer. I have competed in various tournaments, thus attributing to my wealth of knowledge. I am more than qualified to help obtain your personal fitness goals.

What to Expect

Client Success Story

“Evan is a true professional and knowledgable personal trainer. When working with Evan I always felt confident in his abilities and knew he was capable of delivering the results I wanted. And he did. I was easily in the best physical and cardiovascular shape of my life after training with him over several months. I'd personally recommend Evan to anyone looking for a real professional who knows what he's doing. If you want the real deal, you've found your trainer." -Michael M. ----- “As a client of Go Hard Athletics, I have lost a total of 35 lbs this year. I am well on my way to achieving my long term weight loss goals as well as learning a useful skill of self-defense. It took me a while to get motivated to lose weight but this style of training made it enjoyable and made working out fun and enjoyable. I look forward to my training sessions now instead of dreading them, and I love the way that I look and feel. Thank you Go Hard Athletics." -Ashley ----- "Not only is Evan a very well-rounded MMA fighter and athlete, he is also a great trainer. He has awesome strength and conditioning workouts for all levels ranging from beginner to professional athlete. He does a great job taking the time to explain the proper mechanics of how certain movements and exercises should be performed for those that are looking to get into shape. For he MMA guys, Evan is a monster on the ground and has a solid Muay Thai game. Whether you're looking to get in shape, fight, or just learn something new, Evan is definitely worth working with." -Ben P. ----- “Evan is more than just your average trainer. When I trained with him in my fight camp, Evan always gave me advice which helped me improve where I slacked. With his guidance, I was able to do less by doing things proper opposed to doing many reps with improper techniques. I noticed lean mass gain and my cardi vascular system increased, which as a fighter, is a huge deal. Constant improvements are hard to find, but Evan always knows how to chisel even a perfect monument working from the bottom up. After only a month, my athleticism increased ten folds. When I felt mentally weak, Evan talked me back into reality to push harder. With Evan as my trainer, we won't stop until we go hard and give it our all." -Stefanos K. ----- "I have been training with Evan for a few months now and I have never been healthier or stronger! He motivates me to push past my limits to get the results I want and need. He is great to work with and very flexible with his schedule. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a friendly and knowledgable trainer who cares just as much about your results as you do." -Rodrigo H. ----- "My name's George; I am a mixed martial arts fighter making my professional debut within the next few months and understand strength and conditioning plays a huge role outside general MMA training. I have worked with several different trainers over the years (all have been good) but none yet to go the extra mile and make a plan specificaly for my sport or have a vast knowledge for every aspect of what goes into making me a better athlete. Well educated, cares about his job, a little tough when needed, but overall a nice guy. Highly recommended."
