About Me

Hello everyone, a certified personal trainer (ACE-PT) and a certified strength and conditioning coach (NSCA-CSCS). I have always been active and involved with competitive sports ever since I was a young kid growing up in Southern California. During my elementary years, I still remember impatiently waiting for that recess bell to ring so I could go out onto the grass field to play two-hand touch football or short game of soccer with the other rascals. Throughout the subsequent years that followed, my love for competition and sports continued to evolve into a lifestyle that had me competing in various sports such as soccer, boxing, tennis, and basketball. In fact to this day, I still continue to play all four of these sports! I guess you can say that by participating in these sports, this jump-started my passion for living an active and fitness-oriented way of life. Today my life is all about being active and fit. I truly believe that everyone has the potential to transform their bodies and their lives, into a training machine that can only be described as awesome. With dedication and consistency, one can transform their body and their life to the next level. Whether you are starting off as a novice gym member, have special conditions that need to be addressed through exercise, or are an athlete trying to get to that next level, I believe I can make a positive impact in your workouts. Some of you may have apprehensions about starting a fitness program, or may have second thoughts about being active and this is a big reason why I decided to become a personal trainer. My goal is to simplify the process of sharing my passion for fitness and sports to others. I would like to encourage all of you to view personal training as an advantage towards your personal health goals. I want to put the fun back in fitness at a reasonable rate, giving you the ability to reach your fitness goals without costing you an arm and leg.
