Hi, my name is Ethan. I graduated with a bachelors degree in exercise science. Through college, I have worked with the athletic performance director who supervises and prescribes the workout programs for all of the school's athletics. I've been exercising since middle school and I've been fascinated with exercise since. I'm excited to help you and change your body for the better.

Depending on goals and fitness level, you can expect either a fast paced resistance session with high intensity work in between or slow paced heavy resistance training. Warm ups are to be done by yourself, I am with you during the working part of the session.
All of my current clients are experiencing major physical improvements both in everyday life and in the gym. My clients have experienced fat loss, increasing aerobic capacity, and decreased muscular fatigue. I myself have safely lost 25 Pounds in a 2 month period through diet and exercise by building muscle and burning fat.
