My name is Ethan McGhee and I am a personal trainer here in Cincinnati, OH and I am very excited to announce this exciting endeavor to share about myself and my exciting journey with my awesome brand. Born: Arlington, Va I have been involved in fitness from managing gyms to personal training for the last 8 years. The reason why I do it? It’s way of outreach for me! To see people grow in their fitness goals and personal lives, not many jobs allow you to do both. Future plans. Ill keep a focus on calisthenics and sports performance to truly push people and see them push past their limits. Long term goal is to one day have my own studio. While training I want to incorporate my passion of missionary work to bring even more blessings and passion into that avenue of life!!! What to Expect

High intensity, circuit training!!! I have always believed that body weight workouts, box jumps, planks, TRX and then boom hitting the machines and holding is a quick pace blood pumping tough workout that builds your endurance and strength all in one. The awesome aspect is that I have many levels and modifications that can be put in place for first timers, athletes, and seniors to get you to where you want!!! Now don't forget nutrition, we have to make sure your on the right plan and taking care of that outside of the gym!!!

"you don't need to lose weight, you're already so skinny!" these comments didn't help me feel better about myself, but they did make me feel like maybe I don't need to go the gym, maybe I'm being stupid for thinking I need to be healthier, because i'm naturally skinny. within only a month of training my body had already toned and changed in ways I didn't know that it could. I was unhappy with myself before physically and mentally, but through being active I'm helping make a change in my mental health too. I started with my diet and understanding that makeup. I went cold turkey and removed all packaged and boxed foods. I started cooking every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack). Started off with walking 3 miles and then jogging and working my way up to a running a mile. Light weights mostly resistant bands. By the end of the first year I had lost a lot of weight. A lot being 20 to 25 lbs. keep in mind here a lot of that came from changing how I ate. Even in current day I don’t buy anything packaged or processed from the store. I rarely go down the aisles unless I need a certain item. I thought losing weight was hard. Once you reach your goal. You quickly realize it’s not over. You have a new goal! Making it a lifestyle!
