ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. Currently, I am a competitive weightlifter/powerlifter. When I am not training myself, I am passionately training others. My life epitomizes fitness, health, and strength. I endeavor to grow everyday physically, mentally, and emotionally. The same dedication I have to my health and positive development, I have for other's health and development by encouraging exercise and healthy eating habits.
First a warm welcome. Afterwards a brief discussion of progress being made. Then 45min-1hr of intense upper or lower body work in addition to core training. Alternate HIIT, circuit, powerlifting/weightlifting, functional training, stability/flexibility from session to session.
Clients have reported increase in strength and endurance, weight loss and healthy weight gain, increased discipline and passion for fitness.

Training with Esther has been a really great and uplifting experience. I am feeling and getting stronger every single session. She customizes every session to fit my needs for that particular day (if I’m sore, tired, injures, etc.) and always makes sure that my form is correct. She is very kind and caring and has helped with my self esteem so much. I am so glad a found such an amazing trainer like her and hope to work with her for a long time to come.
was looking to build strength but lean up. I worked with her once a week. Loved every training session. She provided me with tips, improved my technique in the squat and deadlift. My brother also did a session and really liked the squat tips that helped increase his squat form.
Esther has been great. She knows what she’s doing and it shows! She encourages and pushes you to meet your max potential and better yourself. I love that she teaches me the technique, posture, and the importance of it all for the excersies we do.
