About Me

My name is Esia, pronounce E-sigh-uh. I am a recent graduate of the University of California in Pennsylvania. My degree is in sports management with a degree in wellness and fitness. I'm 26 and beginning my venture in the training world by owning my own business. I have competed in athletics through college (football) and have competed in amateur boxing. I love to coach and teach all wellness aspects from cardio and resistance training to spiritual healing. I have been involved in coaching since graduating high school and have trained clients for since 2011.

What to Expect

Clients can expect a very vocal and enthusiastic coach who completely focuses on the body as connected mechanism. I can be quiet; I can be loud; I can be tough as well. My sessions involve correctional stretching, a dynamic warm-up, cardio and resistance portion, followed by a post stretch cool down. I love the process of teaching and coaching individuals or groups and that shows during our sessions.

It's been amazing working out with Esia. I've been working out with him for almost 2 months now and I'm loving the results that I'm seeing. He pushes me to do my best and is very knowledgeable about what he does. Before Esia, I would lose my breath just bending over to tie my shoe. Now I can run a mile with ease. My fiancée and I do couples work out sessions. Esia does great with tailoring the workouts to what each person needs to work on. Our sessions begin with some PNF stretching, then include some warm-up exercises, circuits, conditioning, and running. After working out your entire body, it feels good to finish off with some more PNF stretching. I would definitely recommend Esia, and I in fact have!
