Hi, my name is Eryck. I have a dedicated passion for health and human development as I believe that it is important to envision this development through a holistic perspective. Exercise and nutrition comes hand in hand when it involves your well being. Other factors such as how much rest you get, your daily stress levels as well as your mental health all play a part on how you feel. My goal is to educate and encourage you to develop a healthy relationship with your mind and body! I offer 1-on-1 personal training, tandem/couple sessions and also group training sessions if you for an example would be interested in gathering some friends and have a small private group training session just for your group. I have experience with all ages and fitness levels. Let's meet and go through your conditions and goals and we'll take it from there. Also, I speak Fluent English, French and Thai if any of those language are in need !

What to Expect

A lot of energy, leadership, support, positivity, and encouragement. I also focus a lot on functional exercises which trains your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability

I had the chance to train several times with Eryck. Not only did I had amazing work outs, each of them different and fun. I felt a huge difference on my body, my mood and my over all health. Eryck is a fantastic trainer and human being. He takes the time to understand your body, listen to your needs and personal goals and work with you to get you there with the right way. I feel better than ever and and I am looking forward to my next session with him! This is a unique experience and a he really makes me feel special like I can accomplish so much more than I though with my physical condition!
I recommend him all the way to anyone who wants to improve there lifestyle, mental and physical shape! If I could put 100 stars I would !

Eryck is really talented. He's really good at pushing you to your own limits by setting goals with you and reach them!

He really cares about your concerns and your goals and makes you achieved them !

We usually workout for 1 hour and I'm feeling more shredded and more energetic after every session.

Eryck and I started working out together about a month ago and already I feel much stronger. He is extremely positive each step of the way and motivates me to always push a little harder.
Our workouts consists of weight training and cardio which will last approximately 1h30 minutes and is always different.
The one thing that makes this trainer stand out in my opinion is the energy he has, always smiling and always having a very positive vibe and mind set.
I would 120% recommend Eryck to anyone who wants to get in shape, or wants to simply push themselves harder. No matter the level of training you do, he is who you want by your side!

Hi ,
I was trained by eryck and it was the best experience of my life ! Why? Because its hard to fing a reel god traiber that is healthy and in shape . Most of them takes alot of shake and" shit" to boost their body he does it 100% NATURAL eeoch i was loking for ! Defenetly recommmend by far the best ! Out of 12 ! I saw resukt with in 3 months !

I had the opportunity to workout with Eryck couple of times. I have been working out for many years and felt like my body/ workouts were hitting a plateau. I decided to try a different approach towards nutrition and exercises. Eryck’s understanding of a healthy body/mind and soul is fascinating. Eryck showed me each exercise and explained how to correctly avoid injuries while doing them ( since I have 4 herniated discs) He also explained in detail how to do a certain movement over another. For me that’s important this is important because I like to understand what I am doing right.

I like that he pays attention to my goals, and that certain of my movements are limited. He created workouts taking in account all of that. Sometimes we would go to the gym and there we would go for a full body workout at the park - calisthenics style- And others we would go hike/ run in the hills . Again, explaining the beneficial effects of each of those workouts.

The biggest improvement so far, besides nutrition and commitment to exercise, was the passion Eryck has for everything has made me more aware of my own health. All in all, I feel like it was a complete experience. Learning , informative, and put in practice.
