Hi, my name is Erin. I've been a trainer for almost 8 years now and I've loved every minute of it. I have competed in over 15 NPC bikini competitions placing top 5 in all but 2. I enjoy the fitness lifestyle including eating clean regularly and lifting weights. I get satisfaction out of helping others achieve their goals and show themselves what they are really made of. I love all of my clients, they are so special to me! I will continue to learn and teach til I cant learn and teach anymore.

I like to first work on loosening the muscles by foam rolling and active stretching. Next we move on to mobility exercises which help prevent injury. Then we can begin the workout! Typically a circuit or supersets containing weights, bodyweight and/or machines. Afterwards we do a cool down stretch and talk nutrition. I believe it is important for us all to physically put our bodies through controlled stress in order to make them stronger. Treat your body right and it will do the same for you!!
