Hi! I am from St. Louis and just moved to Austin to increase my knowledge in fitness and personal training and explore some new territory! I grew up playing sports and have always been passionate about health and fitness. My BA is in psychology helps me to understand my clients and build relationships with them through motivational interviewing and constant support and encouragement. What to Expect

You can expect to gain knowledge of proper pre and post workout nutrition that will get you the best results. You can expect to warm up properly as well as cool down and stretch each session. The majority of the session with vary upon your goals, but likely to work full body and engage lower body as much as possible to keep the heart rate up and burn more calories.

Before I started my journey with Erin, I would workout with a trainer and then after a few weeks, I would stop. There was something about Erin's method of training that made me want to do better.

I'm glad that I stuck with it because I ended up losing 45 pounds! It wasn't easy but it was worth every drop of sweat.

Best Trainer I've ever worked with!
I can't say enough good things about Erin and training with her. She really helped change my life, health, body image and overall wellbeing. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her to anyone wanting to have fun while working to improve their health and be the best version of themselves. Over the course of time training with Erin, she helped me lower my body fat percentage, tone and significantly increased my endurance and strength. I feel the strongest and most confident I've ever felt.

Erin offered far more support than the typical trainer - life tips and tricks, nutritional information and guidance, ongoing plans and encouragement to work with my specific lifestyle and schedule. Every single workout was fun! Even on days when I was tired or just not feeling it. She's very informative and I really like how she encouraged healthy lifestyle for results to stay - NOT kill yourself for today, with no chance of keeping it up.

I've worked with several personal trainers in the past, but none that were able to identify individual body mechanics as well. Erin was able to customize exercises that worked best for my specific body that actually got results!

I travel a lot for work, which has been one of my biggest challenges in staying healthy. Erin was able to work with my schedule and would offer a variety of FUN, time-realistic and personalized exercises for me to have and be able to do while at home, on the go or on the road.

Never once did it seem like she was just doing a job. I believe she truly enjoys helping people, which resonates in her training and contagious attitude. I continue to enjoy working out and utilize the techniques and healthy habits Erin taught me.

I wish she still lived in my city!! There's no doubt I'd continue training with her ongoing, as there's so much she brings to the table and an absolute joy to be around. Not many like her.

I started working with Erin at age 68, almost 2 years ago. My weight went from 238 to 212 in that span, and I lost several inches in my waist. Erin put together an intense program with stretches, weight training and resistance training as well as giving me guidance with nutrition. What I liked most was that when she was working with someone, her attention was solely with that person. She takes ownership with the program she puts together and gives a lot of encouragement as you go through the exercises. I was sorry to see her leave.
