About Me

Hi, my name is Erika. I've had the privilege of training and coaching the people of Greenville and Simpsonville for the last 8 years. I have a degree in health, wellness, and exercise science, and am certified through ACSM. My specialties include pre and postnatal training, core and pelvic floor, older adults, post rehab and chronic diseases, and strength training. I am passionate about empowering people who have obstacles to overcome and helping them find their own strength. Individuals who train with me often decrease their pain and improve their quality of life through gaining strength and flexibility. My approach is to educate and connect, laying a good foundation for learning and understanding sustainable habits.

In addition to general fitness, I have worked with many older adults after knee surgeries or shoulder or back injuries. I am experienced at safely transitioning back into fitness after physical therapy and rehab.

What to Expect

I take an educative and connective approach. We will get to know one another and then lay a good foundation of proper form. I take time to demonstrate and explain each movement so that you can safely and confidently do it. We warm up and cool down at the beginning and end to help prevent injury and speed up recovery. Sessions will be challenging, but never more than you can handle, and we will continue to push to the next level as you progress.
