Hi, my name is Erika. As a mother of two young active boys, I am very familiar with the challenge of trying to squeeze in a workout 3-5 days per week with a full schedule. I gained 60 pounds with both kids!! Entering into the fitness industry helped me find fun ways to lose the weight without dreading my workouts. I have been able to do so by combining fat-burning, muscle shaping workouts that provide maximum results. During a typical training session with me you will not get bored! I utilize stability, balance, endurance, plyometrics, strength, core, and flexibility exercises in all of my sessions. (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training is my specialty as well as Crossfit programming. I have certifications in senior fitness, kettlebells, and olympic weightlifting. I have also taught boot camp and kickboxing classes for many years. All of these tools can be used to make your workouts move quickly and ensure that you receive efficient results. Whether it is to achieve functional lifestyle goals, becoming a stronger, more muscularly balanced tennis or golf player, or if you are just getting started with exercise, I will be here to help.
