Our first session we will go over your goals and why these goals are important to you and educate you on the the 5 componets of fitness. Followed by an movement assessment to evaluate where you are at physically. A program is then designed based on your goals and currently fitness level. My workouts are broke down into segments; #1 Foam rolling, stretch and mobility: This will increase blood flow to those muscles and also allow them to lengthen in order to improve the range of movement of the joint. This will improve the exercises by allowing for full range of motion of the joint. #2 Activation: Activate target muscles for proper blood flow, improve muscle endurance and increase strength. #3 Dynamic Warm Up: Total body movement to help with core strength and stabilization, coordination with improved movment patterns to enhance performance. #4 Strength and Hyperthropy Training: This is all about building strength and developing muscle. This will be a timed workout either full body or standard musclesplit based on how many sessions we do. This is also a segment that we will incorpreate circuit trianing/HITT/cardio if needed. #5 Cool down: Foam rolling and stretching to help increase blood flow, bring the heart rate back down and help with mental clarity.
I have trained with Erik since I moved from Florida to Seattle. My training sessions with him are always worthwhile. Erik was very well educated. He would cater & adapt to my various injuries. We would adjust my workouts depending on my goals.
