About Me

Hi, my name is Erik. I have been immersed in sports and fitness most of my life. From that, I have developed an intense passion for learning how the body and muscles work and the best way to utilize them for maximum benefit.

Sharing that passion and knowledge with others has been a very rewarding experience for me.

What to Expect

When a client starts with me, I teach them postural, "rules" to prevent injury and get the most of the session. Those rules are reinforced each session as I believe safety to be paramount. Education is high on my list, so during rest periods I explain why we are doing a specific exercise and the benefits of it. I try and keep it fun, and I want the client to feel as if they had a great workout they could not have gotten from a magazine or online.
