Hi, my name is Erica. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Holistic Health Coach. As a professional athlete, I know what it take to keep your body operating at its full potential. Health and wellness are my passions and I love teaching others how to live their happiest and healthiest lives. I specialize in weight loss, strength training, functional training, and habit coaching.

I tailor each training plan to fit my clients' personal goals. I do NOT believe in a one-size-fits-all approach in training my clients. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, increase your flexibility, or work on your mobility, I carefully plan out a program specific to you and your needs so that you can get the most out of your training sessions. A typical session with me may include a dynamic warm-up, strength training, HIIT training, core stability training, cardio, and stretching/flexibility training.

Here's what she has to say about the amazing progress she has made: I have been training with Erica now for a year and a half and my fitness journey with her has been amazing and life changing! I contacted her because I had literally tried everything and nothing seemed to really work for my body. I am down a total of 43 pounds since I started with her! My biggest non scale victory was toning my back (no more rolls lol) and being able to do full push ups, planks, and burpees correctly. I have never felt stronger! I had been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, and PCOS along with having high cortisol levels. I’m not even on meds and I managed to take off that weight with diet and exercise, thanks to Erica! My body is very stubborn and it’s tough for me to lose weight in general but she was able to figure out what worked for me! I noticed my biggest difference when I went plant based with my diet. My body totally changed after that! The weight and inflammation almost immediately came off. My favorite healthy habit is journaling, which Erica has taught me to do along my fitness journey. It helps me to stay on track and to focus on my goals. One of the biggest things she has taught me is to get to the bottom of your why... asking yourself why you’re craving certain foods, why you’re feeling tired, why you want that chocolate etc......she has ingrained that in me which has really changed my lifestyle completely. I absolutely love working with Erica. She has been so patient and so positive and motivating! I highly recommend working out with Erica and doing health coaching with her as well!
