Hello!! I am Eric, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, NCSF Certified Strength Coach, Veteran, Spartan Athlete, and surfer. I focus on the core lifting aspects of power lifting to include the squat, bench press, and dead lift. These three lifts are the kings of various body parts, and dead lifts are my absolute favorite lift. In my spare time, I love to write, play sports, play guitar, and play Assassin's Creed. I currently reside in Florida where I will hopefully spend many, many more happy years.

A client can typically expect high intensity coaching during a session. I have an aptitude for providing motivation as well as conversation throughout the session so as to push a client through the workout as well as inspiring to continue on their own merit outside of the training session. Typically, I focus on the main lifts of the Big 3, then focus on auxiliary lifts (dips, lunges, pullups, etc.) to improve said Big 3 lifts. This would include one of the Big 3 lifts each session followed by supersets, trisets, or circuits of various auxiliary lifts.
One of my clients named Cara came to me with the intention of becoming strong in that she wanted to become as strong as she could in a relatively short period. Cara agreed to a six month program with me to increase her strength exponentially. At the beginning of the program, Cara's max lifts on squat and dead lift were 95 lbs for both lifts. At the end of the program, six months later, Cara's max lifts for both squat and dead lift were 150 lbs, 1.25 times her own body weight at 120 lbs at the time! Seeing her excitement and satisfaction on her face at the time of achieving such a lift was priceless.
