Hi, my name is Eric. I am a certified mobile personal trainer looking for new clients who want to improve their health, fitness and appearance. As well as offering physical training sessions, I design exercise plans specific to each clients current physical condition and to help them reach their goals. I specialize in Weight Loss through 5k, 10k, and half marathon training as well as Bodyweight training. My personal fitness story began with the diagnosis of Hypothyroidism (Hashimotos). Since then I have ran over 10 Half Marathons and 3 Marathons. I am currently serving in the United States Coast Guard and I am married to my beautiful wife and have two wonderful children.

A typical training session will start at a park, trail, or in home with activity specific stretching. (Typically 10 minutes) Depending on what your goals are we will do bodyweight training, cardio, suspension training, etc. (Typically 40 minutes) We will then cool down with stretching while discussing goals, nutrition, next session, etc.
I successfully trained many people to complete 5k through Half Marathon events and in the process, lose weight. One individual is no longer on Blood Pressure Medication.

I have been training with Eric for several months now. I had decided I wanted to lose weight, get healthy in mind and body, and accomplish the specific goal of running my first 5k at 47 years old.
