I have been heavily involved with athletics and strength training since I was 13. In April of 2012 I decided to turn my passion into a profession and get certified as a personal fitness trainer. Since then I've worked with people of all ages and fitness levels, people with injuries, even women in pre/post natal stages. It is a mixture of cardio movements, along with weight barring exercises. I believe in using a comination of strength and cardio training to turn your highest fitness goals into reality.
I have two favorite success stories. One client of mine successfully dropped her body fat from 30 percent to 20 percent and lost 20 lbs in six months. My other client went from 185 lbs to 155 lbs and successfully dropped his body fat from 20 percent to 10 percent in five months.
