US Military/College:SportMed. Started Body Architects in Portland Oregon after running nutritional programs for 2 yrs. Trained at NIKE HQ. Moved 2 LA to Train on Saving Private Ryan. Worked at Crunch Fitness for 5 years. Hit by an SUV at 55mph/Started Ejfitness in 2003. Trained Professionally in LA area for just about everything (Pre&Post natal, injury recovery, movie roles/videos/photo shoots/cardio rehab/sports specific training) I use science as my references not philosophy, and I try to keep any fitness regime fresh with creativity, new techniques, exercises, challenges, equipment, etc. I love it when I’m asked a question which I may not know, because it is an opportunity to learn more & not be complacent in knowledge. I am now more a fitness Technician/Coach than just an educated workout enthusiast/bodybuilder like when I 1st started Personal Training. You get this experience & knowledge when you hire me more than just a drill Sargent type mentality which I HAVE experienced! (I also served in OR Natl. Guard 4 years after active Army 4 years).

It completely depends on so many factors. However Clients’ can expect professionalism which 2 me means: preparedness, punctuality, patience, respect, creativity, program advancement, proportional challenges for said goals...
Too many? I’ll just say this: The reward is when a Mom/Dad/GF/BF gets noticed by the other after being in a relationship, a client reaches a physical goal, anyone smiles cuz they were able 2 do something they actually thought they couldn’t...
